Shelter Personnel
Janella Cochran
Janella is the supervisor of the shelter. Her duties include contacting rescues, communicating with adopters or owners, keeping the website updated, working with the local vets, vaccinations of animals, monthly reports, over-seeing of quarantined animals housed at the shelter and reporting to the Health Department.
Randy Squires
Randy is a shelter attendant. His duties include communicating with adopters/owners and rescues interested in our animals, as well as caring for and cleaning the animals in our care.
Waldo Cochran
Waldo is a shelter attendant. His duties include communicating with adopters/owners and rescues interested in one of our animals, and also caring for and cleaning the animals while in our care.
Animal Control Officers
John Snyder
John is a Lewis County Animal Control officer. His office is located at the Lewis County 911 Center and his number is (304) 269-8241. His duties include picking up strays, humane calls, and dog bites.
Dwight Senter
Dwight is a part-time animal control officer for Lewis County. His duties include picking up strays and owner releases in Lewis County.
